Really pleasant experience, certainly rate this place. I miss such experiences elsewhere. Had exactly what I was looking for.

First time customer: I made a late night online order of firewood (2scoop) through their website, I received communication via email the following morning. Which was convenient and easy. Friendly comms.The wood arrived midday today.Very happy with the purchase.The service does not include the wood being stacked. So have your PPE/wheelbarrow handy ☺️Very happy overall with the service, thanks to the team at Baldivis firewood and garden supplies.

Fantastic choice of light fittings, picked up some lovely lamps in their sale. The saleslady was very helpful and extremely patient.

Literally my favourite place to go shopping!Colin is a always a great help pointing me in the right direction. Came in to replace my safety glasses. I like this style because they don’t fog up on my face like the wrap around safety glasses do.

This place used to be good but while Covid was on they turned into a rude bunch of staff. Even now the Covid restrictions are lifted I will not go back to that branch in Malaga. I will got to a different branch or Sydney tools. I walked into the store while I was on a phone call. I Told the guy I had a mask exemption and would show him when I got off the phone. As I was a regular there I thought it would be ok. But the staff member constantly said I had to show it to him while I was on the phone. Since then I wont go back to that store again.

Barry was more than helpful in helping with a product quirky, he gave me the contact details of another supplier how good is that. I would of been stuck without that information. great service in this day and age, Thank you Mitre10

I have been waiting over two and a half months since I finally received a call back from a lady at total tools that told me I would get a follow up call in regards to being sold an adhesive over 5.5 years old as she was unsure what I could do. I never received the call and never got the refund she offered for the product.I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at total tools. And to be sold a product so out of date and then to get no answer, like the issue has just been dismissed. Very poor customer service.I will no longer be shopping at total tools.

I actually had the best service ever in Mitre 10. A big thank you to the man who price matched a product in store. Good service means absolutely everything!
