I ordered an item online that was incorrect. I contacted Total Tools and they unsuccessfully tried to intercept the order but it was delivered anyway. No problem, I was able to return the item in store. The two guys that attended to my return were nothing but polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I might add that during this whole process, there were regular emails updating me and offering assistance. An overall great experience!

The worst company to deal with ever.Bought a makita vacuum online. The battery charger did not work out of the box. 4 months later I finally got a new one.No one called to update, I had to chase this up or I would never have heard a thing back.Terrible customer service.Will never purchase from total tools again.And will never purchase a makita product again.

Location: Fairly good spot for a business. The parking corner can feel odd when backing out if it’s busy but otherwise easy in and out.Cost: Quality tools for a quality price. This is a tradies heaven.Staff: Knowledgeable staff on hand. I’ve rang a few times and someone always answers in short order.Courtesy: Really nice people. The staff gave me a hand without preamble to get things in my Ute.Selection: Huge range and selection. Don’t take your partner if they don’t like tool shopping. First hand experience here.

Kane’s after sales service is top quality. I had a warranty claim and he sort it and some loan batteries to keep me going, it wasn’t too much trouble for him. Appreciated.
